Positive: Location is great. Breakfast is lovely and very accommodating. Staff were professional, friendly and very helpful.

Negative: No shower door, so water splashed out on to the bathroom floor. No door handle on second bedroom door.

Summary: Very pleasant, relaxing and welcoming as you would expect from a seaside B&B.
